Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order is in processing, we may not be able to accommodate changes. If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item:

  1. Email hello@oonunu.com with a clear photo of the damage.
  2. Our team will review your case and determine if a replacement is eligible at no cost to you.

💡 Note: Packaging damage (such as dented boxes) does not qualify unless the product itself is defective. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please be aware that delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are outside of our control.

  • If you experience shipping delays, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the fastest resolution.
  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are the responsibility of the shipping provider, and Oonunu is not liable for these occurrences.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within this time, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement for the order.
