At Oonunu, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders! Our goal is to get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.
  • During peak times, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.
  • Orders are considered dispatched once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location. Below are the estimated transit times once your order has been shipped:

📦 United States: 4-11business days
📦 Canada: 4-11business days
📦 United Kingdom: 4-9 business days
📦 Australia: 4-12 business days

🌎 For international orders: Customs processing may cause unexpected delays, increasing delivery time. Please allow additional time if your order is shipping outside of the U.S.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, contact us at hello@oonunu.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If our system detects an issue with your address, we will email you within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • Once an order is processed, we may not be able to modify the shipping details.

Delayed Delivery

We work hard to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as:

🛑 Address verification issues or product availability delays

If you experience a delay, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the fastest resolution. While Oonunu is not responsible for courier-related delays, we will do our best to assist you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the courier. If your package is lost or stolen, please:

1️⃣ Check your tracking details to confirm the delivery status.
2️⃣ Contact the courier to file a claim for a missing package.
3️⃣ Email us at hello@oonunu.com with your order number so we can assist where possible.

💡 Please note: Oonunu is not liable for lost or stolen packages, as these fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement order at our discretion.
